I forgot my password. How can I access my account?

You can reset the password for your Typing Pal account from your Client Portal by using the button on the login page.

Typing Pal Home Edition is used for supervised learning at home or homeschooling. The user who holds the subscription acts as supervisor for the account. To reset the password for a supervised account—a child’s account, for example—please proceed as follows:

  1. Log into account as the primary user (Account Holder).
  2. From the homepage, choose My Settings > Users.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click on the button associated with the user and choose Change password.
